You can create and manage a geofence in the geofence section.
For this, select: create a "New Geofence", draw your geofence, give it a name and select the boat it will apply to.
You will then receive an email for every behavior in this zone: going in the zone, going out of the zone. If you don't receive the notification, make sure you have activated "receive alerts" in your account settings.
